Allowing time for connection, silence, stillness, self-care, I believe are essential to the flow of energy of our subtle body. I want to share this gift with you! Reiki is the Essence of Universal Energy, and it carries with it Universal Love and wisdom. Reiki sessions allow you a moment of stillness to ground and connect with your True Self as it flows gently over your subtle body for your greatest and highest good. When needed I will intuitively guide reiki’s energy to specific areas of need. I do this in a space filled with unconditional love and a grateful heart.

I believe that when we connect to our True Self - the unique, divine expression of Source within us - we find joy and purpose. The practice of meditation allows us this connection. Meditation cultivates present moment awareness and I believe this is actually where all the answers we seek lie. Our intuition exists in the present moment and the archetypes and symbolism of the tarot spark that intuition and inspire us to contemplate our lives in a very unique way. It’s often less about getting answers and more about knowing your True Self enough to ask the right questions.
Wisteria & Willow is the result of finally, after many years, embracing a valuable tip heard long ago from Joseph Campbell: “Follow your bliss.” We are two sisters who, after spending years and lifetimes apart, found ourselves living together once again. In the process of re-connecting with each other, sharing everything as only sisters do, we discovered what that phrase actually means to us and found the courage to actually do it. Through our connection with each other, we became aware that we are all connected. Just as we supported and even protected each other, we were inspired to try, in our own way and to the best of our ability, to do the same for Mother Earth and all of her creatures. The support we gave each other allowed us to deepen the spiritual practices we had been following for years and then follow our hearts in obtaining certifications in reiki, meditation, and tarot. We realized that our passions lie not only in our personal practices and beliefs, but also in a sincere desire to guide and hold space for others as they explore their own path.
As for the name, Wisteria & Willow, it is in honor of where we grew up in rural Georgia – a little house on a dirt road in a small community called Rock Chapel. The wisteria twisted through the old towering oak tree on the far side of my grandfather’s garden and the weeping willow shaded the water spigot we used to cool ourselves with in the Georgia heat. We really did not have much in the way of material things and although we did not appreciate it at the time, we are forever grateful. Our experiences growing up there taught us that joy is found in our connection to each other, to our community, and to Mother Earth. The Wisteria & Willow Path has taken us full circle. Although we are no longer there physically in that space and time of our childhood, we have returned there in our hearts.
