I discovered reiki while searching for alternative and holistic methods to ease my migraines. I had absolutely no idea what reiki was only that it was energy healing, and I was willing to try anything! My first session is an experience that I will always remember. It was like being connected with love and the universe all at once. I was fascinated - “How could lying quietly in stillness while energy flowed over my body enhance my being so gently yet so profoundly?” I decided to find out and discovered that reiki is universal life force energy, and it works for our greatest and highest good. I immediately knew reiki was going to be part of my life from that day forward.

It also does not interfere with prescribed medication and is completely non-invasive.
